For education visits which support an aspect of the school's curriculum, voluntary contributions are requested to cover the cost of transport, admission and addition insurance. The school, however, retains the right to cancel the visit where contributions fall considerably below the actual cost, to the extent that the school's budget has to be used to support such activities where they have not been allocated in the budget as agreed by the Governors. Parents in receipt of income support are not asked to make a contribution.

Music tuition fees are payable direct to the music teacher as for some sports activities.

The 'charging policy' does not prevent parents making voluntary contributions in support of the school or PTFA funds.
